  A resort hotel by the sea. It is possible to sweem in caspian see here. But it is not possible in Baku

  We were planing to stay in the hotel for one week. however the rooms were so bad and dirty that we ended up leaving after one night of stay. don't go to this place it far away from Baku 30 Min drive. it is also very bad in terms of quality of stay.

  This hotel is not better than spring hotel because it just works at spring and summer but at all its good to be there just for a few days to have fun!?

  Took my kids there few times. Located right at the Caspian Sea near Novkhani village, Baku. Prices are one of the cheapest in Azerbaijan. There are a good number of slides both for kids and adults. The place is relatively old, but looks OK.

  Very poor customer service at the seaside restaurant. Waited for tea for one hour, while our visit was pre-agreed, and staff knew we will come.
  Salads not fresh.
  
  Toilets dirty, with no toilet paper.
  
  Management asks for entry fee every time, even if during the day you just need to exit the premises for a short time period (3-5 minutes) and try to enter back to join your friends inside.

  Great resort and great beach!! 4 great pools and one VIP pool area. The new beach club is amazing too. Just completed remodeling work and have new rooms.
  Coming back next year!!
