The hotel is clean and its location is good, we will stay for seven nights in the hotel and there is no water kettle and no water, coffee or tea for complementary in the room, we had been informed that if we want hot water we can get it from the restaurant (shame), the lights are not strong enough in the room and the breakfast buffet is poor, I can’t believe this hotel is rated as 4 stars!!!!!!

Its the worst ever, they dont konw any thing about their city. The breakfast fare, wi-fi v.good. the manager cancelled our seconed reservation. The price is good. Room is big. Its far from city centre.

Отличный отель с очень большими номерами, удобными кроватями и хорошим интернетом. Завтрак хороший на последнем этаже с видом на город. Шумоизоляция не ахти. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый.

الاستقبال ممتاز جدا .. الغرف واسعه وجيده ونظيفه .. ولكن للاسف يفتقد حمام السباحه ( بركة السباحه ).. والغرفه لا يتوفر فيها لا شاهي ولا قهوة ولا غلاية لتسخين الماء ولا حتى ماء للشرب والأصوات مسموعه من قبل الجار .. يعني خفظ من صوتك لأن مسموع
