Ok hotel in Baku for a short stop. Wouldn't recommend for long stays.

My family order true booking app this hotel three rooms unfortunately we found out after the reservation that there is no elevator in this hotel and this hotel not set for handicapped people- which my aunt is we call and ask them to cancel but they very greedy hotel and they don't care that we are not able to enjoy there hotel and they still charging full price for the all three hotels even if we not going show up at the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We tried to cancel in a month advance but again this greedy hotel doesn't care even do we showed invalid I.D. Don't ever reserve this hotel ! They even don't have employees that speak English! No one speak to ignorant and careless for their guests!!!! DON'T DO MY MISTAKE- THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS Just money:(((((((((((((((((((((
And ther is a lot of nice and 4-5 stars hotels in the area much much better then this old ugly not modern hotel !response / report this review -

This hotel is terrible. They are bullshiting and trying to steal your money. They wasted my time and money. What a shame to be in Baku.

We booked an executive room, but when we arrived we got one of the smallest room which was dirty. We claimed an other one when they put us in a bigger room which was even dirtier. Finally we got the exexutive which was booked in June (!), so we could not understand the situation at all.
Beside this problem, there is a bar located on the first level of the hotel, which makes incredible noise until 3 am.
It is unacceptable at this price of the hotel and at the mark of four-star-hotel.
They should tell in their description this circumstance.
The stuff does not speak English very well - so it is hard to ask any advice.
Plus we wanted to have a small kitchenett, but all what they have a kattle and two mugs :D So there was not any plates or knife etc.
Otherwise the location is good, because it is close to the Fountain Square.

یک هتل دنج و آرام با پرسنلی بسیار مودب؛ خوش اخلاق و وظیفه شناس با صبحانه کامل و عالی. وسایل مصرفی در هتل هر روز شارژ میشه. اتاقها تمیز و دارای امکانات تقریبا کامله که با قیمت مناسب میتوانید از این هتل اتاق بگیرید.

Clean and neat hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Plus a great location to explore Baku (it's located near the cosy Fountain Square). In addition the hotel is quite cheap. Much value for money!
