Stayed at serviced apartments. The room was a bit dated but fine. Breakfasts are good, wide choice. Attentive staff.
Location is good for walking to different places in Baku, makes you move a bit more.

This hotel says it's five star but not at all. Wifi is very very poor, reception provides 10 years ago 3g dongle, normal broadband loose its strength. Shower room floor has scaling and cracked floor tiles. Kettles doesn't have enough length on cable to attach to wall socket. Has congested breakfast area but lounge people hardly sits. I wud say room service and cleaning is acceptable but they can only ach

I've stayed for more than a month in the Hyatt regency baku hotel. it is a bit expensive in relation of the hotels in the area but the guest service is outstanding and personnel. they have lots of room to improve regarding the food service, especially the in room dining. overall i recommend.

I really liked this hotel. The staff are exemplary. attentive, caring and genuine. Food excellent, pizza outstanding as they have there own stone oven. Clean and neat, generous rooms free WiFi.

Do not take elevator attached rooms that hear loud noises all day and all night of the elevator. I slept with ear plugs

Very clean room and hotel with gym and pool facilities not found elsewhere in Baku. But most notable is the quality of the staff. Choice of food Not what it used to be five years ago but still a well run hotel with great staff.

This is the worst hotel I've been to in my life, the service is bad especially the room service they don't come to clean the rooms.

Also they don't answer at your calls, the rooms os dirty and it doesn't deserve 5 star hotel its 2 star hotel.

I hope the management read my comments and reply to me if they dare to.

I have stayed at this hotel for over 10 yrs , several times in the last 6 months and I can only say that each stay gets better every time . The staff that greet you at the front door and reception are first class and are always pleasant and courteous . The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping staff are so helpful and friendly really nothing is a problem for them . The rester-aunt staff at Mezzo are so attentive at breakfast and the rester-aunt manager always ensures the guests are being attended too . Baku has built many 5 star hotels in recent years but the Hyatt Regency has managed to maintain the standards and is up there with the best of them , what the new 5 star hotels lack is decent outdoor pool facilities a must in the warm Baku Summers to date the Hyatt by far still has the best facility and also offers a full size indoor pool . Attention to detail and value for money are fundamental in pleasing your guests and Hyatt Regency Baku delivers on these every time, I look forward to many more stays at this excellent hotel .

Do not go here - try the Hilton, it's far better value and staff are more understanding and helpful. If you have any issues the manager does not help..
