  We were in Riviera hotel for five nights
  It was a cozy and quiet hotel with good price
  The view was excellent just in front of the Caspian Sea
  The breakfast was perfect with the great view of Caspian Sea
  The staff were very polite and their manners were friendly
  We asked them to fill our flask with hot water ,but they gave us electric kettle with tea pot and a dish full of cube suger to make tea whenever we want without charge
  The cleanliness was good

  Most delicious foods and very good environment. And a good view to the sea and near baku beach, tge proces is very normall and you can get most foods here. The place is cozy and comfortable, and very good friendly staff work here.

  Good - service, staff are perfect, 5 star.
  Bad - however, prices are higher (almost twice) than what they show in their website. This is very unethical and disrespectful. Secondly, I tried Farel fish. I could not even finish. Worst fish I have ever eaten. If it was delicious, I would not complain about high prices. But they are terrible in both respects
