Place and view is good. Food options are less and literally no veg options. Bathroom doesn't work properly and the beds are small

The hotel does not deserve more than 3 stars but the main problem persons who are working in the hotel do not respect the customers at all they are very very tough with them.

It is average or less. Expedia says it is 4 star hotel. But it is not. I give it 2 stars. Bed is not comfortable enough. Breakfast is not pleasant. Dining room is not big enough .Some rooms have good view to the see. But the hotel is not on shore directaly. Internet is not fast all the time. Bathrooms need for upgrade. I recommend to stay in 5 star hotel in city center or old town, they should be better than the crown hotel. فندق عادي جدا". لا انصح به.

This hotel was a pleasant suprise. I was concerned booking the least expensive room would result in a room that had not been refurbished. That did not happen. We had to change our room due to distance from the lift due to my fractured foot. They were accommodating and moved us to a comparable room. The hotel is lovely and the staff friendly. We will stay there again.
