Nice 3 star hotel in downtown Perth. Very close to the main shopping street or actually at the shopping street. Very nice service. Free WiFi and not complimentary breakfast. The restaurant also serves dinner. It is a walking distance to a subway station and also not extremely far from the beach.

Perfectly happy with the place. Friendly staff. Well situated, lots to see and do nearby. Plenty of eateries. Good transport links. Would use it again.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.
My room was tiny, nothing like the photos shown online. My bed kept moving because of the wheels.
My room also shared a door with the adjacent bedroom so there was absolutely no insulation and no privacy. The room next door had a family (a very chatty toddler and a baby) so I could hear them from 6:30 am to past 11pm!
Given the room rate, I would have expected better comfort.
The carpet is getting really old, outside and inside the bedrooms.response / report this review -

A good place to stay and be near the shops, restaurants, transport and Art galleries. Our room was clean and tidy, although a little on the small side with little room to open out our suitcases. As we were only staying two nights we did not want to unpack everything, so a bit more space to open them up on the floor and leave them, would have been better. Again, bathroom was small but always clean with good quality, clean towels and toiletries. Always milk in the fridge too. Staff were very helpful when the drier in the laundry room kept cutting out and did not dry our clothes. Although it was gone the official closing time when we reported it, we were given the money that we had "lost" and let in to the laundry room on another floor.

Fantastic! Very friendly staff, good room, clean and tidy hotel. Had an awesome breakfast - food was great. Also had dinner within the hotel at the Grill and really enjoyed that too. A very pleasant and enjoyable stay which I would love to do again.

Pros - Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons - Room was basic but that is all we needed. As Muslims, the breakfast was slightly limited to fried rice, eggs, pastries etc. Would have been nice to have more options.

The central location was ideal for our overnight visit to Perth. We checked in on-line, so that made access to our room easy. Prior advice regarding parking was very helpful and the location was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful and the small note welcoming us to our room/stay was appreciated, along with the drinks and bar bites next door. The room was snug but comfortable and on a high level, just as requested.
The only suggestion really would be for the inclusion of an in-room safe, which would be preferred over the complimentary safe deposit box available at the reception area.response / report this review -

The reception were friendly upon arrival and let us check in early. We didn't get the room we booked as no king beds were available. However, Goia apologised and bought us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The queen bed was very comfortable but the TV could be a little bigger 😊
We enjoyed the night and would recommend the hotel to others and would stay there again in the future.response / report this review -

A most enjoyable stay. I was as pleased as punch that, as an AccorHotels member, I received the free drink and snack voucher at Rubix. Hit the spot after a week of travel! The room was fresh and clean, the staff were helpful and courteous as ever, and the car park was easy to get to. Thanks so much!

Staff are welcoming, helpful, breakfasts was excellent. Very clean, strongly recommend. Only one of my nights at hotel somebody was two times at 2.30 am and 5.00 am at same nights knocking at the door, lots of noise that night , my colleagues exspierince the same problem , must be some of "forgotten keys" costumers. Hope that this knocker have good sleep , while I must be 10 hour presented at conference looking fresh.

Clean and simple rooms for a decent price. Close the malls and easy to find. Amber at the front desk is wonderfully helpful and made our overnight stay much easier. Will stay again.
