Base Camp!
Had a Scoupon deal with this Hotel and it was reasonable value BUT for goodness sakes don't skimp on the beds!
I have had better beds on mining camps than this place, I dreamt I was rolling down a hill all night because of the massive hollow in the mattress!
Breakfast average at best, check was poor, locating was good and the pool area was refreshing.
I would not like to pay full price for this place.response / report this review -

Lovely staff, great location. Walking distance to everything. Pool top pool awesome and warm. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, plenty to choice from and plenty of food. Room service excellent, clean fresh towels daily. Got an awesome deal. Very happy. Would stay again

Our arrival was exceptional. We arrived early and were not surprised that our suite was not ready. The staff could not help us enough. Very courteous and efficient. My family and myself then went into Perth for a while until the room was ready. When we returned the reception was less sure of themselves. Not quite as comfortable.
Other than that we cant complain although we were only there overnight.response / report this review -

Very pleasant and comfortable. Slightly random about housekeeping if you ask them to come back the first time round because you're still in bed, but quick to sort out if asked. Slightly noisy and thinnish walls, but comfortable beds, nice sized rooms. Bathrooms a little tired but adequate. Bar downstairs very pleasant.

We had a short but very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. We wished we had more time to enjoy the pool and the gym. The service was friendly and helpful. Excellent all round.

Room was very large which we loved! We booked as it had a bath which I wanted. Disappointed there was no bottled water or snacks available in the mini bar. Pillow menu was excellent and bed was so comfortable. For the price we thought the room was great

Convenient location - close to the place where I wanted to go. The foyer is nice and big, bright and welcoming. The welcoming staff was efficient, friendly and very respectful. Valet staff was courteous and efficient. Restaurant staff was very courteous and the food was very good in presentation and quite delicious. But the service was slow - with only us to serve, from 8.30pm until nearly 10.30pm before we left. The room was spacious with adequate supply of milk, tea and coffee and other - but an empty plastic cup lying on it's side, was found in the corner, where the writing table ends, near the window. Bed and linen was nice and clean with good supply of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's a pity that the shower is over the bath tub, as this could be dangerous for the elderly. The wardrobe was a good size with all that is needed. TV was a good size with plenty of channels to choose from. Chairs were nice and comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent - the customer service is every area was exceptional - thank you. The hotel was in an excellent condition - lovely rooms and up dated standard. Restaurant food for breakfast was high standard and again customer service exceptional.

Pleasant and very helpful front office staff and managers who will go to great lengths to make their guests comfortable. Special mention goes to night duty manager, Matthew who helped me a lot when I had a break down with my car very early in the morning while at the same time rushing to the Airport for a scheduled flight to Port Hedland. Also, excellent bar staff.

Good location,lovely breakfasts, friendly staff. Disappointed the heated pool.. Wasn't. It was thirty degrees on the day so we went up for a Swim long with four other couples. Freezing. Plus it as school hols, families with kids were coming nd grimacing to the temp. All left disappointed. Shame. Either heat it or don't advertise as heated .

Very good price/quality ratio. very good location. Nice facilities with service. Restaurant (dinner menu) is a bit overprices though. Doesn't match with the rest of the hotel.

Good location, premium room is good size. Cleaning is average at best.
Staff are nice.
Good services but what sounds like renovations on the floor above made day occupation of my room somewhat less than peaceful.
Water pressure was good but the taps are VERY hard to adjust, either burn-your-skin-off hot or lukewarm. Maybe that was just my room.response / report this review
