Serviced apartment had cooking facility but no plates or pots or pans. Studio for 2 people only 1 chair. Had to ask for a second chair. Alarm went off at night - no proper emergency notices in place.

Nice, charming little room. Great staff, who were very helpful and friendly. Faucets in the room I stayed in were a bit faulty. Other than that, couldn't really fault much else.

Stylish, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The only fault I can mention are the taps bath and shower taps; a nightmare to control! Other than that, great value.

Such a great location. Beautiful big rooms for the price. Very clean. Friendly staff, especially at the bar. Breakfast was delicious considering it's a buffet. My only criticism was the the room cards often stop working and need to be re-coded by staff (on a daily basis in my case) - got a bit over being told not to keep my card near my phone or credit cards because guess who will be paying for a new card if I loose it because i've not stored it safely in my purse?

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mantra on Murray. Our room was spacious and well appointed and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room configuration could probably be improved upon - the lighting was inadequate and the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and located right next to the bed. Overall we were really happy with our room and the hotel location right in the centre of the CBD!!

The staff is courteous and try to be helpful but seems like don't have the required autonomy to meet patron requests. I wanted to get a tooth cleaning kit and was advised they had run out of it and was directed to the closest convinince store to buy it for myself. When I asked would they at least re-imburseven me for it the only response the customer service representative could give me was they have run out and can't provide me with one.
