So we booked a double double room got a double single not cool. But the room they gave us Smelled like spew! Was making arrangements to stay somewhere else but then they gave a us a double no spew room.
Avoid and stay at the Pan Pacific instead.response / report this review -

Staff were lovely however, I was disappointed with my room. It smelt of cigarettes and the carpet was very grubby. The bathroom was very clean and couldn't fault that. Breakfast was great with a wide selection.

Clean, friendly staff and great location for strolling into the city. Perfectly adequate for a couple of nights' stay.

Worst accommodation for so many reasons.
Was told false information from the front desk about parking, even after i had asked 3 times to confirm i had the imformation was correct.
Room had ripped curtains and were not clean!! 3 beds all different sizes and only one was actually comfortable. Then not to mention the $200 holding fee what a joke!! Not even the Hyatt asks to hold that much and its 5 star. Definitely not staying here again.response / report this review -

Very nice hotel, we had great rooms one floor off the penthouse suit with easy access to Central Perth would stay there again

Room is ancient. And smells a bit off. Shower is very small and very low pressure and random temperatures. Good Internet and good beds.
