Stopped for 5 nights on visit to Perth. Freindly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, fluffy towels. Good choice of food in restaurant.

Great little hotel. Staff were very friendly. And the rooms were older but very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was reasonably priced and good quality. Would stay again.

Relatively inexpensive, small rooms, big comfy beds, clean bathrooms and living areas. Dining room decorated stylishly, with hearty meals and all of the classic drinks on offer. Only suggestion is adding more vegetarian options to the dinner menu because that would be wonderful really! :) other than that a great place for a night or two.

I quite like this place. Its designed for older people. Internet didnt work in my room.
Its also the first time ever that i ordered room service and i got a phone call to say my room service was ready. I said thanks and waited and waited. In the end i went downstairs where i was informed i needed to collect my room service!
Still im not one to be infuriated, its just a quirky thing about this place.

was here back in 2012, nice bar for a private piss up, after checkout reception was nice to allow me use internet to rebook a flight i missed out by 5 min

Met my dad here for dinner one night, he was staying here. Was quite pleased with the food and service. Not flashy, but very nice and down to earth.

An excellent three star hotel that is well situated. I was pleasantly surprised, I will go back when in Perth.

Quaint little hotel, situated in the best spot, right near King's Park. Friendly staff. Accommodations were a bit tight and had poor connection for WiFi above the first floor.

This is a really great place to stay in Perth. There is a great little pool, with a bar that will bring you drinks and food, a reasonable restaurant, good rooms for the price, nice views of the Swan River, and within walking distance of central / CBD and Elizabeth Quay. Highly recommended.

Conveniently positioned next to Mounts Bay Hospital for country people who may be visiting. Helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant and small bar. Limited off street parking with good access in and out onto Mounts Bay road. Steps at front door with hand rail but ambulatory access through rear entry, central lift.
