Was here for one night in September 2017, stayed in the studio room. Would have given 5 star rating if not because of the staff.
Loves
+ The large, modern and clean room
+ Studio room is equipped with some kitchenettes facilities such as microwave oven & toaster
+ Big working table for business travelers (and a lot of power outlets & USB ports too)
+ it also has a Jacuzzi in the room
+ Excellent location, yet quiet (do ask for rooms on high floors)
+ excellent wifi connection
Dislikes
- The reception staff who work in the morning shift is cold, slow service, not a single smile from him to any of the guests (observed he served 7-8 guests throughout our stay)
- We requested for early check-in days before (twice), but seems like not recorded.
- no wheelchair accessible entrance
- surcharge for payment with credit or debit cards.response / report this review -

After a hellish time negotiating parking we were initially impressed by the room. Spacious, simply and stylishly furnished. Upon closer inspection we found stains on the coverlet. Our king sized bed was merely two singles pushed together. Otherwise a pleasant enough stay.

Great cosy apartment hotel in the heart of the CBD. Citadines offers convenience for a business traveller or holiday-goer alike. A mini kitchen is provided in the standard room rate and the bathroom is very spacious. WiFi is also offered and an office area provides space for both a place to eat meals and a place to work.

Nice clean modern rooms, comfortable beds, good service. Was tough through, my view was overlooking the Hilton pool next door. Bar downstairs is good although not attached the motel.

There's a lot of noise between rooms (I could hear people making breakfast and tea/coffee). Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are large and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful and it's pretty good value overall.

Clean, modern, a minutes walk to city centre, shopping & all transport. Love having a separate bath. Amazing price. Modern design. We were left a complimentary bottle of wine & box of chocolates as its our anniversary which i noted in the comments box when booking. We will definitely come back. The restaurant next to reception is very well priced.
