The receptionist old women was really rude and very unprofessional. Her acting against me was like dealing with somebody really guilty . Really dissapointed with her and Thriftly must get fired her to consider your company's reputation

We were left at the airport by East Coast Car Rental so we were saved by Thrifty when they went out of their way to help us at 23h30. With the help of the lovely Emily we were taken to Port Douglas with Rob. The driver Rob was lovely and we felt like we were in save hands. So thank you Rob and Emily!!

We couldn't rent a car since it was all full. The woman in the reception was rude and condescending, both towards us and the couple before us.
