Dreadful staff member, very aggressive and belligerent, frightened my 14 year old daughter with his behaviour, lied about 'Australian car hire policy' of forcing customers to sign no damage on an unseen car, ripped up the rental agreement when I wrote 'car unseen' on it, tried to cancel our reservation but was overruled by his co-worker, lied about who was the manager, generally about the most unpleasant man I've ever had to deal with. I went straight to the Cairns airport branch to complain and they were great, noted the pre-existing damage and the very worn tyre and apologised for the horrid behaviour of this man. Don't go to Cairns City. Deal with the airport office!!

Claimed that I damaged the vehicle. Absolutely terrible communication and not a good experience. If you use this company, take out the insurance. I recommend you choose one of the other fantastic options.

Terrible rental company. Claimed I damaged the vehicle, when I tried to dispute it, I got told bad luck. You must pay the excess. Pathetic excuse for "customer service".
