The staff service in this hotel is first class there is a real effort to ensure you are looked after and are happy👌🏻 the buffet dinner is excellent and Jenny the waitress was very knowledgable about the wines on offer and very generous. I have traveled worldwide and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone👍🏻 John
Office Christmas lunch yummo. Fresh deliciousness. Great location, staff very attentive and a great range of choices at the buffet. Our office left with full bellies and smiles. Thank you all at Pan Pacific
Was there for a charity ball. Decent sized room, good acoustics and the drinks got me to where I needed to be to dance! Pretty good all in all
friendly staff and great location! bus stop s are just outside the hotel and food options are never too far away. oh and one of the best seafood buffets in the CBD
I love this place, excellent gym facilities, friendly staff and clean rooms. I visit Perth frequently and have now made this my default even though Perth city is a bit boring compared to Fremantle.
Try to get a higher level as they've been renovated and updated.
Room was very good, had the premium room on the top floor. Bed comfortable and sheets felt good. Buffet breakfast was average at best, fried rice was very sweet and gyoza was tough. Scrambled eggs were good and pastry were tasty and fresh.
Outstanding service and great for functions. Good service. Pricey for what you get roomwise. They have good deals for business related entertaining of guests but if you're on a work trip with limited budget, this isn't the right place to stay. I was upgraded to the penthouse last time i stayed the year before for 1 night at no charge. Breakfast is $38 but there is a great variety of food to choose from. Excellent gym facilities.
Needs a make over to be honest. For how much it is, it is not good value for money. $300+ for a "deluxe" room that contains old furniture and a bathroom that needs retiling and re-plumbing as both the sink and bath drains would block, and the bath took about 30 minutes to fully drain. Then paying for a buffet breakfast on top of that price.
Pay the extra $25 for a premier room if you go, because the deluxe room is far from.
The entrance is lovely and so are the staff.
My boyfriend & I stayed there last night. It was absolutely fantastic. The service was perfect & the room we stayed in was extremely clean & amazing. I would highly recommend! I will definitely be staying there again!! Very happy customer. :)
An OK stay. A very cold pool, which is why we chose here over others which was a shame, but great big bed and amazing breakfast so shouldn't complain. TV was weird though. a $20 all you can watch porn channel only it seems?!?!
Attending a conference where the catering staff and other hotel staff were courteous and attentive. Food selections were good, especially given that I am vegetarian. A great conference venue.
Great service. Lovely room service. Upon arrival we recieved complimentary drinks. The room was immaculate and spacious. Bathroom very clean. The room service was quick and tasty. Location is great, only a short walk to the city. All in all a great place to stay
It was really good, very professional, great friendly service. I've stayed at a few now lol. And that was one off best excellent room great view, awesome bath room and spa. Really nice clean room and good price. I really enjoyed my stay.
The service is shocking. This review is only for the Valet and Concierge service at Pan Pacific Perth.
1. When i drop my friend to bring bags into the lobby. we were stop by a man in a suit with the hotel badge. he told us it's not an unloading zone. which is fair, so i was happy to move the trolley back in the car and let my friend carry the bags into the lobby. this was denied. He stood there watching as we loaded the bags back in the car. Then right adjacent to us, we see people bringing bags into the lobby. i drove off
2. Talk to the gentlemen in Black Suit at the concierge desk about the procedure to help my friend retrieve his lost token for his valet, i gave my friends name. This was met with, deep silence and he then ask for my name. i told him my name then he said (in a nasty tone) "Get you friend to tell me your name". i walked away
3. When my friend arrived, without a token, he talked to the valet and he was straight onto looking for his keys for his car. Then the concierge join in looking for the keys. I then had a brief chat with my friend about what happened and then walked away.
This all happen in a day. i am speechless, shock and just plain disappointed. I have been in Pan Pacific Perth for functions, but never had to deal with Valet, Concierge and whom ever that was in a Grey Suit.
Please Pan Pacific management. Re-educate the staff that service is an integral part. Rudeness to that level for an abiding customer should not have happened. Tones and one worded sentences should be chosen carefully and without condescension.
