The rewards card is rubbish. Used it for a purchase last Friday to buy deep dish mats. Paid $62. Now they are $32.87.

I did purchase two time online, and I wanted to pick up from this store which was more convenient for me at the time. First time I was sent to pick up from different store because they didn't have a stock.I did request if they can bring my order to Warwick farm store and save me time of travelling, since it wasn't my fault that item wasn't in stock they refuse it.Second time I did purchase Liqui moly Injector cleaner online I went next day to pick up but sealed bottle was half way empty. I did give them a call try to return sealed bottle which probably vaporised over time, but they said they are out of stock. I do understand that happends, so they send me again to go and pick up from different store.. How unprofessional ! if I wanted to go and pick up from different I would pick it up in the first place. My understand is when you have a chain of store you can transfer between the store. I wasn't in rush it could be in two weeks time but they refuse to do it.Well done guys,is that how you say thank you to loyal customers. Well nothing last forever I guess with that type of customer service.

Craig the Manager is a champ, I did have an issue but it's all good now.
I am pretty much at this store once a week and everyone is nice there except the new assistant-manager. It only takes one person to damage the stores reputation.
