These guys are the best. Have been coming here for years. Even having moved out of the area I still always do my comic shopping here and won't go anywhere else. Awesome sales throughout the year as well, and the guys will always get you what you want/need, even if they don't have it.

I really like this shop and the employees. Very friendly and helpful. Good selection of new and old comics. Yep if youre lucky you maybe able to find that missing issue in your series. Only downside is some of the copies are rather pricy.

The dudes behind the counter really know their stuff and are always happy to help. Whether you are just getting into comics or you're a veteran reader, hit this place up!

Great Service and selection of comics. Although they didn't stock many first volumes of the DC and Marvel category. Otherwise I would go back for visit 😊

Nice guys that work here. Lots of good comics and a great range of back issues. If you dont want to go into the city, this is as good a place as any.

Great store, spacious and a wide variety of issues including the latest ones. Quite pricey though!

Overall a great little store with heaps going on in there, the service has always been helpful and good to us.
Downside, PLEASE get some better lighting going, you need to showcase what you have and it' always dark in there.
Secondly for the LOVE OF HUMANITY please get the A/C working in there, we visit regularly and the heat inside the store on hot days is just brutal.
Finally please automate your standing order process, we had to stop ours because of the inconsistency in duplicate orders and missed editions was just to common.

One of my favourite places to go! Staff are very helpful and they've given me some great deals. They got good Air-con as well.

Been here years ago and the sub par level of customer service does not sound like it has gone upKing's Comics in the city has a more in-depth selection of items AND is staffed by fairly nice people

Usually very helpful staff, but I went in there this morning to check my standing order and the guy behind the counter was chatting on the phone about a christmas party or something and just flat out ignored me while I stood there waiting to be served. No acknowledgement of my presence, no "I'll just be a moment", no attempt to conclude or pause his conversation, just ignored me. I walked out in disgust. Won't bother spending my money here again.
Emailed the establishment to let them know their staff are ignoring customers only to be told by the owner that it's ok that he ignored me because he was on the phone to the owner at the time, implied I was "ears dropping" on this incredibly important conversation, said that the staff member made "eye contact" with me so apparently I wasn't ignored, and that I am self important and impatient for expecting to be served in a shop. At least now I know where the staff get their rudeness from. So much for trying to support a local bricks-and-mortar shop.
