If you are thinking abot shopping from this place, please reconsider. I bought my baby’s cot and chest of drawers from this place. As the items were not available in the stock, i was promised a 2-4 week lead time delivery, and now after 6 weeks it’s not clear when it will be avilable in stock! So, our baby was born yesterday, but we have to wait for at least two more weeks to get the furniture that we paid for. Absolutely not impressed with the customer service and the management. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

Nice big store but worst customer service. I never write reviews but i had to. I was assisted by two ladies who appeared annoyed. I have spent thousands on this store but never again.

5 STAR SERVICE
Me and my partner were quiet surprised at the great service we received when we broke one of the main fasters whilst assembling our Troll tallboy. to top it off we had family coming to stay with us the next day and half this tallboy together, when i contacted the team at Baby Kingdom at Alexandria they were only to happy to help us out but they did better than that they actually assembled another tallboy that night and collected the one i had stuffed up manager Steve and Andrea delivered our new tallboy by 7pm that day, when i thanked Steve and offered him something for his trouble he refused and i asked him why such a good service his reply was this, its a family business thanks Steve and team at Babykingdom.

Highly recommend doing all your baby shopping here. We had an amazing saleswoman Candice. Superb range & great prices. Had gone to Baby Bunting before & their range and knowledge of their sales people were extremely limited and annoying!!

A very large store with so many products! A great amount of variety as well! The floor staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend as a must visit store for all your baby needs.

Always busy and good range of stock, but not enough floor staff to ask questions.

I asked the checkout staff if i could purchase the last BabyBjorn high chair on display and they called over the manager. The manager didn't try to understand the question being asked and said come back next week, then he raced off again. Poor example set by store manager

Sale price was $299, now going to buy it from Kogan online for $249 (plus $14 delivery). I will still browse at your store, but I'll be buying my name brand items online.
