Great customer service and the staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. Ordered in exactly what I needed for my event, and decorated with helium balloons that everyone was uploading to social media. A night to remember, thank you PartyLand!

My mum went into this store and was just looking at the balloon colours and the lady was extremely rude because my mum was looking at “their supply”.
This isn’t the first time a woman in this shop has been rude either.
Won’t be coming back and will get our balloons elsewhere.

I bought a costume online and it was the wrong fit, I got to this store last minute before my Party, not only did I find what I wanted, but it was $15 cheaper than what I bought online, with a free accessory (gun holster)
they had an amazing range and Cohi was super helpful.

Good service but expensive prices. Face paint was good. If you have time order online. If not this shop is a great option.

Worth every penny! I just went here for the first time, and it's officially my new absolute favorite balloon shop, party supplies store and buy costume sydney. I had a great experience with Party Land Online. Highly recommend

Went to Oxford St on Wednesday at 10 minutes before 6pm. The shopkeeper has just closed the doors avoiding eye contact and hasn't been apologetic nor providing any explanation and simply walked away. There were still customers in the store. My son has been extremely disappointed. I'd also like to mention there were no trading hours on the door, so you can only know when to come back if you google it. Hopefully next time we will find the door open.
