Worst carwash ever. Staff rude to each other and customers. I went yesterday and Manager was shouting out to new workers "most customers are F#$kwits". Don't go here.

similar to the other review, poor attention to detail. Paid $44 and there were still major stains and the inside still had mud marks. A $10 car wash and a quick vacuum/wipe down yourself does a much better job. Wish I read the reviews before I went there.

Very poor service. After an expensive clean still found car unclean. My advice: better wash ur car at home - u would do a much better job ur self.

The worst car wash ever!
Had to get them to vacuum it out properly 3 times and they didn't wash the roof properly either.
Very rude manager yelling at me to try and tell me it was a good job.
I am a first and last time customer!
Don't waste your money, the next rainstorm will do a better job than these guys.response / report this review -

Very quick, efficient, great little sitting area to have a coffee. Will definitely be back! Maximum and hour which helps so much as other car wash places take 2-3 hours. Very thrilled with the job.

Do not use this car wash. Attendant who received me was rude, then my $55 wash, vacuum and quick wax was a complete scam, they only washed half the car and left huge sections of dirt on all sides of the car, they didn't vacuum or wipe down the upholstery and didn't wax.

Do not take the car here. It's expensive and service is bad. I came here once just because its location was quite convenient for me at that moment. I went with the $44 package and expected that the car was cleaner, at least exteriors. However, after their service, the guide rails and door molds have been still dirty. The interiors were carelessly wiped so still have heaps of dust. Moreover, with coins and stuff left inside the car, they still left them in place but stole some gold coins.

DO NOT BUY A CRYSTAL CAR WASH PACKAGE!! On 22 Jan I was talked into paying $250 in advance for 5 x "Express Wax" - DO NOT DO THIS! At the time I was told that the account would be managed in their system and I would just need to turn up and give my name. (Thankfully I have kept the receipt)
Today I went to get my first "Express Wax". First I was told repeatedly that I was not in the system so I had not paid. After negotiation with 2 different people, a CCW Manager finally found me in their system and accepted that I had paid in advance. Then I was given a receipt stating that the balance of my account was now zero! When I queried this I was told that I had used all 5 waxes. I explained that this was the first so my account balance was actually $200 with 4 waxes to be used. The manager responded by saying their system showed a nil balance so I must be lying - this was in front of many customers and staff. I assured him that I don't lie and that I would now be demanding a refund of the full $200 balance and I will make a formal complaint to Consumer Affairs.response / report this review -

Did the bear minimum to be honest. Left water marks on my car. Didn't hover 100%. Spent 100 dollars as well. Rather do it my self in future
