  Booked a Corolla and got a free upgrade to a 1280 km Nissan X-Trail! And very competitive prices as well compared to shops in the city.

  Truck had gear box and engine issues. It was nice for the discount after i brang it up but it would of been nice if they check what they rent out first

  One of the rudest customer service people I've ever met The Asian guy talks like he hates you and is about to kill you His boss, the woman with a mole on her face, didn't say hello, didn't smile, looked past me like I was invisible When I had to carry a few things into the rental car, neither of them offered a hand DISGUSTING staff. If you hate people so much, go work with plants!!!

  last minute booking and received free upgrade twice which was nice. easy rental process and convenient. can be a little tricky finding parking though but Budget is my local go-to car rental provider

  Very efficient, just dropped off the keys and left the car there, the chap behind the desk was very friendly (one way rental)
