I had the pleasure in dealing with a staff member named Damien at your store who (from my experience) is an absolute asset to your organisation. Damien was extremely helpful with every question I required answered. He is polite, quick to respond and efficient, qualities that are much lacked in the majority of young workers. For this reason, I am more than happy to continue purchasing goods from your store.

I recently purchased a flat pack metal utility cabinet and spent some considerable time trying to put in the top panel. I contacted Ian and asked for help. He offered a couple of solutions incl that they would build the unit to see if the product was faulty. Guess what - they did! Ian then offered to give me the built cabinet or a new flat pack. I took the offer of the built cabinet and Dave helped me to get the unit into the car. Congratulations to Ian , Dave and all the staff at Malaga for a great customer experience.

We went to Stratco Malaga on a Saturday afternoon with half an hour to spare until closing time. We wanted to order a patio and thought we'd just leave our plans there for someone to draw them up later and email us. We were lucky enough to meet Mitch Banfield who promptly set about drawing up our patio plans and was so thorough in finalising every little detail. He had our plans ready for council with 5 minutes to spare! We were so impressed with the quality of service and helpfulness displayed by Mitch. Other staff in the store were also very friendly. It has never been so easy to do a home improvement project! We were absolutely blown away when, a few days later, Mitch followed up with an email to offer us a better price! In all subsequent contact with the staff of Stratco Malaga, we have had nothing but courtesy as staff have gone out of their way to be helpful. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone!
