Was in the shop today for about 30 minutes and wasn't approached for help. Could have better customer service although I found what I was looking for in the end.

Worst customer service. I wish someone else out there would open a different chain store other than Spotlight. Each of their stores seem to hire the most unpleasant and unhelpful staff they can find. If you can avoid a Spotlight store, do so. Honestly not worth the stress of attempting to buy fabrics here or find anything Not in a mess. If you were helped by a nice/friendly staff member, buy a lottery ticket!! You're the luckiest morsel ever to find that at Spotlight.

As usual there is not enough staff so no one will assist you, rediculously expensive and such a messy store! Can hardly believe how much of a shambles the fabric section is! I only go there because there is no where else to go except online. Wouldn't recommend this store.

Good range and good sized store. Nice staff. Service can be slow sometimes (if the person in front of you wants 1m of 20 different fabrics!). Parking can be limited during peak times.

I went to get some stuff for my sons wedding in Cannington a staff member called Karen was amazing spent time with me gave me ideas , she is amazing at her job ,staff always seem busy but they stop to help I like that they are all older staff

Huge range of products. Staff are all over the place. Only a handful seem nice, helpful and easy to talk to. Having to find a staff member to find out prices on most items is a pain.
Not exactly a favourite store.

Appalling customer service, prices do not reflect what is shown until you reach the register. Brushed me off when I informed them of the discrepancy. Needs better training.
