Service by staff here has improved slightly, but it’s coming off a low base. Variety of experiences from young staff who didn’t know much about much through to senior staff who should no better when it comes to service. There was one male staff member was was incredible - he was the benchmark - had answers to everything I asked and walked me straight to the product I needed.

Not the biggest store of Bunnings, but has everything you need (or they can get it for you). Sausage sizzles happen EVERY weekend. 😊

Always friendly and helpful service here! My favorite of all the Bunnings! If you need any plumbing advice go talk to Grady! He is a tradie knows his stuff, and he has helped us buy the right things to sort a number of plumbing woes! The paint crew are really helpful too.

The trade driveway is tight.. the garden centre is small and limited in comparison to Belmont. Oddly though, Morley has a better range of plywood sizes. I can't fathom that neither Morley or Belmont have large packs of Confidor pills, yet the tiny Inglewood store does. I waste a lot of time going to all three stores to fulfil my shopping list. In all the illogical stock differences between the three Bunnings in the area is quite annoying.

The shouting woman often greeting you at the Morley entrance makes every visit mind-numbingly unpleasant.

Great store, they always sell the cheapest products. One thing I dislike is I was looking for a shower head and asked the counter if they have, they checked the stocks and told me "there should be PLENTY of stocks". I waited for 30min and the staff cant find the item.

On two separate occasions I would have been hit with a load strap, straight in my face passing a staff member who was standing in the very middle of the main entry busy with chatting to another staff member and swinging that load strap just for fan. The strap with something metal on the end used for strapping trolleys. Totally reckless staff, I have no words. And I go there almost everyday to purchase a lot of stuff for work. If I had another Bunnings nearby I would have left them in a heartbeat but unfortunately this is perthole and you are forced to get most of the things as there is no competition, and forced to pay whatever they ask. As always-I have nothing to the store itself, only its staff should be fired tomorrow. All of them.

Bunnings is always great. Staff are super friendly too. Plus there's some benches overlooking a lake where you can eat a hot dog on the weekends

This place used to be difficult to find a staff member to help you but I noticed they've improved over the last 12 months. There's a few regular staff in the tool shop who are always helpful and knowledgeable and another one who roams around (Nico?) who is always looking to help out and gives great advice.

Would give 5 stars based on customer service however I really wished this one particular lady at the front door wouldn't be so loud, its borderline annoying.

Pretty large store and has good prices. There's not really much to compare it to but it still feels like a good price and variety.

Interrogated at the self-service check out like I was a thief just because I had a backpack. They wanted to see every thing in there and I was questioned why I had a backpack and where I was coming from. This was happening while I was purchasing some items.

Popped in late this afternoon. Absolutely shocking service. I will never go back there. I will also suggest to my friends they do the same. No team member initially on
Special orders desk. I went to the front cashier. Only 1 girl on with a long queue waiting to be seen. Other checkouts were self service. I decided to visit the paint desk and see if team member could help me ..He immediately sent me back to the special orders desk where there now was a chap in deep discussion with a customer. He would not give me eye contact as I was trying to na euchre into position where I could not be ignored any longer. After 10 mins I eventually had to interrupt him and ask him if he would be much longer. He said he'd be a while still so I had to walk back down to the cashier and explain my plight . She tried to ring someone. No answer . She then rang a chap by the name of John and asked him to
Meet me in aisle 41 where he was to cut me a metre of plastic. After another 10 minute wait
    In aisle 41 , I gave up
Very upset, and spoke to the front girl and the store manager as I left. I had been in the store for 30 minutes for half a metre of plastic
And I left Empty handed. It was a joke this place. The guy on the special orders desk clearly needs to do a course in customer relations/service.
John needed to do as he was asked. The guy in the paint section was happy to pass the buck and not go the extra yard for a customer. My God if these people were my employees they would not have a job Monday .
