Non existent service in the garden center. Everyone seemed to be having coffee. Sprinklers gushing water all over the floor. Couldn’t get near the plants. Opened at 7 this was 8.45 Sprinklers at night maybe? Waited around for about 15 minutes. Customers obviously really low in list of priorities. Won’t be going back.

My 5 Star was for 1 single person who was working today 16/11/17 at 5:27pm (didn’t get her name) at the info/returns desk r16. A lovely, very competent young lady whom I spoke with who despite the sudden surge of customers at the counter was able to help her team mates at other paying counters whilst still checking for stock at the special orders counter at this branch. She made several announcements and asked for help but was hung up upon - but shrugged and just smiled. I was impressed that she didn’t once think of giving up. This was all while she was still collecting payments. She finally asked if I’d mistaken Innaloo for Osborne branch to which I realised i had and quickly paid for the remaining items. She even offered to call the other branch to verify my reserved item. we didn’t receive very good service in the other departments in this branch at all. But she was a STAR. Bunnings Innaloo is lucky to have her - hence the 5 stars. Thank you.

It’s good, not great but good.
- Cafe and playground for kids
- A lot of parking
- Near a good shopping centre
- Good hardware and garden selection
The staff I dealt with really did try to help but there was one lady who seemed more Interested in being social instead of helping another guy with a query, she stayed behind the desk and just shrugged him off, I felt bad for him.response / report this review -

Bunnings Innaloo is getting expensive to shop and on the weekend there is a noticeable lack of staff, l would be impressed if by chance the merchandise was left in the same area. I was in during the week, saw what I needed, returned today and it was in a different place and not displayed as previously. By the way when staff are available they are very busy and at the same time personable.

Always excellent service at thr Innaloo store.Sttaff are very knowledgable re the full range of goods in the store.Lady on the special orders counter gave excellent service.

Is there anything better than a Bunnings snagger on a weekend? Well yes plenty, but it's still pretty good. The only hardware and home improvement store to visit, the bar by which others are measured.

Awesome choice of everything you need DIY. Massive outdoor and plants area. And staff always helpful. Gets really busy during the we. Better to go there after work during the week. Very convenient opening hours
