Pushing a heavy trolly around is hard enough, but even more so when staff shove past you and have group conversations in the middle aisle so you can’t get past. Made even worse when the staff who can see you don’t say anything to their coworkers. The blonde at the counter completely ignored us talking to the door staff instead and acted like serving us was a big chore, looking peeved as she did it. Doesn’t look like she should be working there. Used to be a nice place

Helpful directions on finding things. Had what I needed at a good price. Checkout had only one person. Took a while to get served otherwise 4 stars

Always have a choice of items I require at reasonable prices. Always enjoy looking around at whats on offer. Person on door heads me in right direction if I just want to get in purchase then leave

Tonight I had some shopping to do at Bunnings in Belmont. Firstly i had a return which was dealt with by two friendly young girls at the Returns counter. They couldn't have been more courteous or helpful.
But whilst I was looking in the tiles section for my kitchen splashback not one assistant came to ask me if I needed help, which I certainly did. I was trying to find the price of tiles i had chosen and although I did see two workers in the area neither bothered to come over to me so i decided to go home instead. Maybe they were busy doing other things but just a wave from them to say they wont be long would have been enough to keep me there.response / report this review -

Nearly every employee I have encountered at bunnings to date should take a leaf out of "BIG BEN'S" (from the toolshop's) book.
This guy is knowledgeable, won't lie or provide inaccurate information if asked a question.
He is able to problem solve disgruntled customers grievances with excellent outcomes for both parties on the fly might I add, while working within "bunnings sales protocol constraints".
U are a bloody legend Big Ben
Thanks for making my nightmare have a happy ending. I was able to get the work done that night before the contractors arrive the following day and the nail gun worked perfectly great diagnosis of the problems re trigger you where spot on.
I hope u get a raise seeing how you show that you care about doing your job above and beyond what is required and is standard expectation of not all but many of your peers, in my experience at least.response / report this review -

The staff at the Belmont Store are fantastic. They are happy to help and seem to have great diversity in their employees - all seem only too happy to help and are usually well versed in the products in their aisles and will try to help or bring another staff member if you are asking after items from a different section. Heaps of parking out the front and I wish the other Bunnings all had the same store layout at this one. They are rarely out of stock in anything I am after and their trade desk is really good to deal with.

Usually its good. But we had some grumpy young blonde hair girl with attitude. Our receipt that thanked us for shopping there was more friendly then her. We gave 3 stars because there was a dark skin chick from Sudan who was very friendly and professional as well as a young man with a beard and glasses who was very helpful.

No stock available, other stock is in storage and not accessible, range has been cut. It takes a visit to 3 different stores now to complete any one job. Bunnings has dropped the ball since masters left. It shows they are not customer oriented but simply profit maximising in a monopoly. What a joke

First visit and not atypical to any other Bunnings - massive store - reasonably friendly amd helpful staff, plenty of parking . and a sausage sizzle (left my drone at home)

Wow. Nice staff, able to direct me to the exact location I wanted and while there were no attended checkouts, I zipped through the exchange counter in seconds.
A full visit, late on a Saturday afternoon, with purchases - in and out in 10 minutes.
A world record.
Parking is easy and abundent.
Shelves are full.
