  Attended today with a reticulation DIY issue I just couldnt work out myself.
  I was served by a gentleman named 'Kim' who was absolutely fantastic!
  His service to me was over and above !
  He is an absolute credit to the store.

  The staff are helpful but the be is just too small to adequately display the range of goods that the newer branches carry.
  
  However I WAS able to buy a few pairs of leather riggers gloves that were in stock there, but NOT at the Melville branch. Just guess to show .
  
  Don't close the little Willetton branch, Bunnings! Rather, invest in an upgrade to the place, some more skylights, and high power, high efficiency LED lighting would do the trick. Then you'd seek out of riggers gloves as quickly there as they do at Melville. 😋

  Went to replace battery for car remote, staff very friendly and replaced battery for me.Simple job but girl at counter did it for me without hesitation.

  Not a large Bunnings - maybe 30-40% the area of what you expect from a Bunnings Warehouse. But well located. Enough parking, reasonable range, well staffed.

  smaller bunning and not everything is available. I prefer the bunnings on leach highway with more stock on everything

  Im a local who spends a fair bit of money at this store.
  PLEASE PLEASE- give your staff some training in customer service.
  Always seem short staffed and out of stock.
  Happy to discuss.
