Had an ok experience today, was disappointed that they didn't have any catalogues left, should've got some when I went on Monday Afternoon 9th October 2017, would be coming here hopefully again when the new catalogues comes out, would recommend coming here to get applinces.

I have been using Retravision O'Çonnor for many years for all my household appliances and have also sent many friends there as well.

Terrible shopping experience and the staff dont seem happy either. If you want something at a decent price either; wait for a good deal (often on par with what the rivals are pricing) or know someone. Good Guys and Harveys are less than 2 minutes away, do yourself a favour and skip this establishment entirely

Had some problems with my order but they very quickly sorted it out. Excellent customer service department which cannot be faulted. I paid a great price also for my TV compared to all their competitors. Highly recommend and will go back again.

I went to return a vacuum cleaner which was faulty and had only used three times before it lost suction. The staff here became very rude and condescending towards me. It was a horrible experience and I was shocked that the manager and customer service rep gave such terrible customer service. It happened when I first purchased it and it happened when I tried to return it I am now stuck with a broken vacuum and an awful experience. However, a visit the cannington retravision was much nicer, go there over this one, they are much more helpful and friendly.

Over the years I have bought a range of things from this store.
I've always enjoyed the service, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.
I wish to also add that it's quieter in their store. No "madness" of screens, music and the rest.
Recently, a fridge I bought from them "died".
Things became complicated with the extended warranty people.
It took weeks to sort out.
During this time, I received weekly, sometimes biweekly calls from one of their staff.
She kept in close contact with the warranty people for me, kept me informed and guided me through a complicated situation.
The outcome, was that I received a new fridge, and I could not be happier!
Old fashioned, excellent service.
