Not recommended. Parking is very limited. It is very hard to manouvre in their tiny car park during busy times. Better to go to Cannington Officeworks just down the road.

Officeworks has a good range of electronic equipment & accessories for the home or work office with competitive prices. Sometimes they can have good specials as well.

Nice in-store staff. DON'T HAVE YOUR PASSPORTS PHOTOS TAKEN HERE! Tried twice & both times these were rejected by the passport office. Staff obviously aren't trained correctly. Added 2 weeks to my passport application. Go straight to the post office. 😆

2nd visit following poor advice on the1st. Spent a lot of time looking as there seemed to be no-one around to ask. Finally came across someone and although he did help he seemed disinterested or pushed for time. More floor staff would be good. Cashier was good.

An essential in a considerably busy suburb as this. Happy to find out that A3 scanners are available for self-service. Self-service Photocopying is handy but don't bother printing from Google drive. Crashes consistently and very clunky. Bring your thumb drive or use their free wifi to email the documents. (Iphone users: Free wifi is activated if you open a browser and try searching for something. It will prompt you.)

Photo prints are ok. Place can get busy and that means queuing. The cutting service is rather costly, so we bought a paper trimmer which absolutely did not work. We showed proof of the miserable cuts and they did a full refund. Alright service depending on who's on shift.

looking for a specific product with low stock levels at most stores, I visited East Vic park because the stock levels shown online appeared to be good (green) at this store. On arrival I was told they were sold out of my chosen product. I explained the stock shown online and was told that information was close to useless as the online and physical stores had little to do with each other!! I asked the manager to look into this and was told she would email me with a response / explanation. She didn't.

there is a problem at this store with staff attitude and honesty. there was a staff working at the cashier counter at 7.15pm on 6 April 2017 who pretended to check for an item availability. paged his manager mohini, but no answer. didn't come out. so he pretended to type the keyboard at the counter and then lied to the customer saying the item was out of stock. surprisingly he also said the item was out of stock at all other stores. don't know what up with him (philippino or malay boy-dark brown color skin, abt 5ft 7-8in, medium build, wearing officework uniform). he should be discipline and reprimanded for lying and dishonesty and should be given a warning. the next time he does it again, he should be sacked. this complaint should also go into his personnel file for future reference. btw it is a disgusting staff behaviour to discriminate against another minority when he himself is a minority. people like don't represent your company very well.

The staff at Office works in Victoria Park are the most professional helpful pleasant people. I visit the store up to three times a week and always are served in the most professional manner. Sometimes its busy and you have to endure the lines.thats life - NOT THEIR FAULTSometimes they cannot print exactly what i want so I compromise..Spare a thought for those staff members who have to endure nasty disrespectful unrealistic customers day in and day out and next time you visit dont forget to bring a smile and thank them.

The service has been terrible. They won't help to just simply merge two documents for me. It literally only will take 30 seconds for them to do it. I have been other two store, the staffs there are more than happy to do it without any problem. I can't understand how this store is so special compare w the others. Definitely not going back.

Entire store and products are as same as the other office works store.
However the staff at the printing and photo machine area are not professional and lazy. i been waiting there about 45 minute to just print out one page. Staff doesn't know what they are doing.
They aren't serving the customers standing in front of them instead like to chat over the phone. Bad experience

This store's management needs to find out (and then appropriately staff) for busy periods for print and copy services. Especially they need to sort out when major end of year university assessments are due because this seemed to bring the provision of services practically to a stop a few weeks ago. In addition, while it is not the staff's fault for insufficient staff working during these busy periods, staff should not single out and then blame customers with multiple documents (that only needed the simple service of binding) for the long lines binding these documents would create. To uni students, go to your print and copy place on campus because they'll actually be able to help you.
