I've always gone to Rocko for anything, the service has always been good, but tonight I encounted a person on the tool counter that was either had enough or didn't want to be there. SHE WAS RUDE AND IF I WASN'T BEING DISTRACTED BY A PHONE CALL I PROBABLY WOULD HAVE HAD A ALL OUT RIP ROARING ARGUMENT WITH HER. SHE SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED.. I was buying a small part and was going to pay with rest of our items at the main checkout area. She insisted I pay for the said item at her checkout. Surely this is a stupid idea. If I only bought from tool area I would pay there, but when I have other items I go to the main checkout area. Thank you for turning me off bunnings ROCKO.

The manager lady at the self serve check out does not understand customer service. Went to grab two boxes for our shopping and she said you "cant take them today mate" we had to explain they were for our shopping. Told us she didnt know how to look up the pricing for some retic we got and then she said we had to go through another check out because she couldn't be bothered asking for help. Not helpful at all, we spend a lot of money there. Certainly will be making the trip to another bunnings.

I have always loved shopping at Buntings. The Staff are awesome,and very helpful. Today Sue helped me. She took me to storage, was very nice,cheerful & show me what I was looking for.

Bored and disinterested staff at trade desk, I organize a delivery to my home, give specific details and codes for items, pay, drive home. Get a call half an hour later; apparently they screwed up something with item codes, need me to come back to confirm I'm getting the right stuff. Drive back, items are right, but someone has stuck the wrong item code stickers on all of a particular item. First tell me price was wrong, then tell me it was right after all. $50 for delivery and can't even give me an ETA. Waste of time. Bring your own trailer.

This store has a huge selection of goods, generally it provides good value for money too.
However the main asset is their staff - the veterans there have a wealth of knowledge and always helped me with everything I ever needed.
Often they offered to help me carry heavy items to the car too.

Had a display of products, which weren't available. When I asked a staff member in the aisle, he didn't know whether they were out of stock or whether they were not selling the product anymore. When I went to the front counter and asked a girl serving there, once again they knew nothing about their own products that they were at once stage selling.

The counter staff were then disciplined by senior staff for taking too long. They're just there to sell product, not to offer good service and all they want is for the sales line to keep moving.

Was extremely happy with the customer service today my partner and children were in grabbing a few things when a water drop fell from the roof hit my shoulder and splashed into my wifes eye it was stinging we approached staff they were very helpful giving my wife eye wash and investigating where the drop fell from good on ya bunnings customer service is great

Always seems to be understaffed. Very hard to find help considering the size. Paint service is very good. General store ok but hard to find help. Surely could pay to have extra people on. Is this the price of a monopoly??

Bought a pile of plants and exited nursery with trolly, wife went back to grab a empty box to pack them, entrance "bunnings greeting lady" snatches the box back from her and accuses my wife of lying, embarrassed her in front of a heap of customers, asks my wife to prove it and bring all the plants back in before she will let her take a box, absolutely pathetic retarded staff member, noticed staff lately unfriendly overall, shame used to be a good store, wont be going back, place is a rip off anyway.
