  Worst car rental experience I have ever had. The vehicle I rented was damaged by a third party while it was under my responsibility, and due to I could not prove it was not my fault I needed to pay for the damage, even though I paid for the insurance. Fair enough, that is what was established in the contract (useless insurance).
  
  On top of that, when they send me the quotation, they have repaired items that were not damaged under my responsibility, items which may had been wear due to the car's longevity.
  
  Very unprofessional company. Cheap prices for horrible service and experience, would never recommend it.

  I would recommend rent a bomb. Nice car and cheap price. service was good. only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they are quite strict on returning the car exactly on time otherwise you incur fees (but I think this is an automatic thing in the system, not the staff's fault). would come again.

  The service at this business was great. Every tiny mark on the rental vehicle was noted and people were friendly, helpful and able to answer my questions and the options I had with choosing the cars.

  Update 25/03/18 - I haven't seen empty fuel tank in my last 3 rentals. They deliver a superb value. Adding more stars in my review:)
  
  You get what you pay for. They have average cars and rent is cheapest. Service is excellent with lovely staff. Location is also very convenient. Never faced any issue with my rentals. Can give them 5 stars if they ensure that customer gets full tank of fuel at pick-up.

  Poor service, over an hour long process of collecting a car that was unroadworthy, despite doing an online reservation. All the info had to be resubmitted at the depot. Why even bother with the online forms???? Quick return process, but I'm sure that was because it was close to closing time. No parking for vehicle return, despite it being a sunday afternoon.

  You get what you pay for. They have average cars and rent is cheapest. Service is excellent with lovely staff. Location is also very convenient. Never faced any issue with my rentals. Can give them 5 stars if they ensure that customer gets full tank of fuel at pick-up.

  WOW CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. MADE A THREE DAY RESERVATION ONLINE AND AS INSTRUCTED CALLED TO CONFIRM THE CAR WAS AVAILABLE BEFORE PICKING IT UP. VERY RUDE PERSON ON THE PHONE (SOUTH MELB STORE) WHO SAID ACTUALLY AS ITS EASTER THERE IS A 5 DAY MINIMUM HIRE. SO WHY WOULD YOUR WEBSITE ALLOW YOU TO BOOK LESS THAN THIS ? AVOID THESE GUYS PEOPLE.

  The renting process and the car were fine but I was charged an extra 25$ because there was sand in the car because we went to the beach. The man over the phone proposed that "I come and clean it myself" if I wasn't happy.

  Rented a Mitsubishi Mirage. Basic car, but clean and ran well. Very well priced and the staff were nice. I'd definitely rent from here again.
