Had difficulty locating the carpark entrance as Google map direction wasn't correct. To turn into the carpark entrance, from Collins Street, turn left onto Russell Street then turn left into the hotel drop off point.

Terrible experience. Booth was unstaffed (during normal business hours) upon returning the car so spoke to the call centre who advised locking the car and leaving the keys with the hotel concierge. The staff assumed I hadn't returned the car and first extended my booking by two days (and billed me for it) and then following three telephone conversations to clarify the situation, decided to also bill me for losing the keys. All this despite several telephone conversations and all the time doing exactly what Avis representatives told me to do. Never again.

got a range of cars to choose from, free upgrade if you have coupon codes from various airlines, smooth process for paperwork. although no signage on the outside of the building, please proceed to level 4 from the lifts just outside of the hotel entrance on the left.

Got the car I booked for and the transaction was easy and smooth. The staff was helpful explaining about tolls, coverage, and fuel charges.

They also arranged for a replacement car practically instantly after an unfortunate incident by a 3rd party even when we were quite far from the CBD already.
