Such a great company to hire through, easy process, very friendly. RV was like new with everything we needed! Definitely will do this again.
The motorhome is amazing! Easy to drive. Lots of space to fit our stuff. Reverse camera is clear and easy to see. We added full insurance cover and stressfree, making it easier. Also easy to empty all waste! Thinking to rent again in the future! Service is great!
We had a wonderful time in the Maui Cascade. It had all the comforts of home in a compact, easy to drive experience for our family of 4. Highly recommend giving it a go.
Excellent vehicle, easy to drive and with all amenities provided. Great experience. Thanks.
It was a amazing trip. I really recommended for those who really like adventure with good and comfort accommodation is the best option. And Sechultz is one of the best staff. He will help you with anything
Very upset for the reception. Welcomed back by a very unpolite and undelicate staff. Stay away!
Excellent service
Terrible Company, No customer service. Go elsewhere.
This also Britz and we rented at Britz but;
The 2nd day we had the camper we wanted to stay the night at a unpowered site.
We have rented Campers before and it should be possible when u take short showers and use little light to stay at unpowered campsites for 1 or 2 days.
On the 2nd day (1st day we had a full powered site) the battery went dead in 5 minutes and no power whatsoever!
I know a dead battery when i'm at one and i'm experienced with control panels and my way around in camping with a campervan.
This is very annoying when you are at a campsite with no surrounding light at all.
This happened the day after again after a full day drive. They told us we should have stayed at a powered site first as we did.
At the cost of a lost day we went back to the rental location in Melbourne and we demanded a new battery.
The mechanic was very reluctant to help us as in his opinion the camper was designed to stay at powered sites and the battery was only to keep the cooler going. I guess it’s clear this guy needs to be replaced..
Finally we got our new battery and from that moment on the unpowered camping as we had in mind worked well. Small showers and little light worked for every other 2 days!
Unfortunately this appeared to be not the only problem. Cabinet’s did fall apart and we had to tape them together.
A hinge of the door broke and we had to tape this door to the screen door as we were afraid it would fall apart completely.
At the water refill panel a small hose was broken off at the inside wich caused water in the camper when we filled the water tank.
One of the valve’s of the toilet cassette rattled inside of the cassette, and the toiled stinks real bad due to this or due to poor cleaning.
I think the Camper was constructed badly in total and better materials should have been used as it is more in use at a rental than a personal one. Bot this is up to the rental organization.
For me it is Britz or Maui or Mighty Never again as it all come’s out of the same location.
During the rental period we met 4 other people who had problems with the Camper concerning power,
another control panel and broken cabinet's
