Had a really good experience with the vehicle and customer service I received. Their cars are budget - that's what you pay for, but the service is above what I expected. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic pick up service in a good location. Clear and sensible communication of pricing.
The car was good. A bit gutless but that's expected. On return the office was late to open but it got sorted and and deposit repaid in a timely manner.

if you top up the tank because the fuel gauge needle doesn't budge do not expect any reparation or refund as Richmond office told me she "did not have the authority" to do so, but they can charge you $300 extra as potential damage cover and reimburse that amount fraudulent if you ask me.

Was about 5 mins late for the pick up which we were notified on the email booking the time was 5:30pm, I arrived closer to 6pm
What an attitude the lady at the counter had with me, snapping at me making rude remarks, being someone with mental issues I asked her to calm down as it was inappropriate to speak to a customer like this and to proceed to the next step. After about 10mins I decided to come back the following day due to the overwhelming annoyance to the situation and stress.
When I returned the following day now that I had been notified I could pick the car up at anytime before 5pm which was not what the original booking email sent to me had specified.
Everything then went a breeze and amazingly enough the lady who had spoken to me rudely had the day off today, so obviously when I came late the day before she was personally offended as she does not get paid overtime and the following day she was not working.
Besides all of this unnecessary issues the car itself was great, good quality car, well kept, great on fuel and easy to park and clean. I'm a truck driver by trade and this little thing was a dream to get around in for my weekend off.
Unlike juicy rental who I have previously reviewed and used they have a policy of a no upfront bond cost were as rent-a-bomb we have to pay 400$ something extra which we get back, but I could have used that money for other things on my long weekend, when I hired with juicy I had that freedom, not to mention roughly for the same price I had a 6 seater van with cooking appliances, gas, table, fold out bed and double battery's for camping.

Put a booking in for a basic one week rental as they advertise online a deal for $140/week. Please be advised that this is a scam. You get a confirmation email that says the store will contact you to confirm. They won't, I contacted them an hour before I was due to pick up and the man who answered said he would call right back to confirm and didn't. When I arrived he told me the car was not available and charged me $175/week for a saver vehicle. If you've come here for the weekly deal just know that you will not get it.
