Great service, staff are more than willing to help, courteous and polite,
Rent a bomb is exactly what it says, you are renting lower quality cars but that was all I could afford at the time, price reflects this also, good value,
My car had a top air conditioner and heater, started first shot every time, just a bit rough to look at. Any queries I had were answered promptly and professionally, i won't mention any names but both staff are easy to deal with and made me feel very comfortable,

Adam is a legend, should win some kind of customer service award. Highly recommend the upgrade saver car, basically a new car and still really cheap. Will definitely be using rent a bomb again.

We needed a vehicle quickly because our car was sideswiped by a terrible driver. We were frantic to find a rental and were looking for a great price per day. This shop gave us a clean and fuel efficient car and we definitely be back IF we need to. Thank you very much for the great service and a vehicle at the very last minute.

Horrible customer service by the lady working there. I left my keys in car by accident called and notified them and confirmed car was still there but when I went to pick them up they had not even removed them from car for me. Also tried everything possible to charge me more out of my cash deposit. The vehicle was unroadworthy it filled with fumes and gave me a headache and burning eyes for 3 days. Beware of Rentabomb Preston.

If I can give this business 0 stars I would do so. The business was absolutely filthy, the lady's fingers were disgusting. So unprofessional that the lady took a picture of the ID witb her smartphone instead of scanning it probably. And don't even get me started on the car. It had a funky smell and was so disgusting I had to give the car a wipe from the inside because of so much bacteria on the steering wheel and dash. And they claim they are cheap. The other day my mum rented a car from europcar for the same price (it was a Hyundai i20, new 35000km and perfectly cleaned for the exact same price 37$ a day). However, if you are stupid enough to spend that much money at rent a bomb, you'll get a disgusting old Hyundai with over 260000 kilometres on it, broken radio and RACV number cause the business is not sure of the reliability of their cars. That's not included the God knows how many bacterias are in the car. I do not recommend this at all and it's not like they are cheap, there are other companies with the same prices and far better quality and customer service than rent a bomb.
Ps the car was a Hyundai Elentra broken air-con vents, broken radio, broken remote key, chewed up steering wheel, worn out gear cover, an almost worn out clutch and even more crap I don't want to list cause it will bore you.
