I had booked a room at this establishment well in advance (at least a month) & had made plans with travel partner. Four days before my stay I was told room was cancelled due to renovations. This has caused great stress & inconvenience and alternative accommodation has been far more expensive. Are renovations only planned a week ahead? Very disappointing . I don't think I will be booking Quest again

Nice enough slightly outdated, the lift smelled like bleach and the shower was mouldy. Staff were great

The hotel is nice and very close to the main Chapel Street cafes Woolworths and clothing shopping is very close to the hotel there are several bars and clubs walking distance as well the only thing that I really did not like about the room was a leaking tap, and the carpet was a bit scrunched up in certain areas the king bed was nice and the room is very quiet for a good night sleep the bed was firm but soft the pillows were nice there are two TV's in each room and the bathroom was ok as well there is plenty of floor space which was surprising and for the price I think we got good value full stop the hallway to the elevator however was left to be desired everytime we walked outside our room we could smell are we eat musky smell like as if there was no airflow or possibly because someone was cooking food in another room full stop other than that staff were very friendly and accommodating thanks and we will gladly recommend and come back again the next time we visit Melbourne for professional or pleasure

This was my 2nd time here and i love the ample space in the apartment. I came to Melbourne for work and for a place to rest my head for the night, this accomodation ticks all the boxes for me. It's close to lots of Cafes/shops on Chapel St

A nice, clean hotel with pleasant staff. Conveniently located within the Chapel Street retail and restaurant precinct and a short 8 minute walk to the South Yarra train station which is only two stops into the middle of Melbourne. Excellent.

Awesome place. Large apartments with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Great location with lots of shops, restaurants and public transportation.
