I am sitting inside the apartment right now, and I thought it would be wrong not to tell everybody how happy I am with choosing this apartment. It is really good in every way and Paul, our host is such a gentleman, and he helped us in spite of arriving at an impossible hour due to unforeseen circumstances when we were delayed due to having lost a bag at the airport.

Perfectly located apartments within the free tram zone and a short walk to Southern Cross Station. Opposite a well - appointed park for fitness, bouncing a basketball and relaxing. Quiet location, and quiet apartments. Everything you need for a short or long term stay.

Fantastic location. The apartment had everything you would need. All the little extras like power boards beside the bed for phone and iPad charging, a fully equipped laundry and condiments in the kitchen were fantastic. You don't need to take anything as they have all the comforts of home. The manager also greated us which made us feel extra special. Thanks Paul. We will definitely be back. It would be hard to beat this accommodation in Melbourne

This is truly a fantastic experience. Apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable and the views are spectacular. The person looking after us is also exceptionally cheerful and friendly which adds to the atmosphere of the building. Wish the artwork in the lobby was a little more interesting than plain orange. Also for some reason the lobby smells a little odd, but overall excellent. Do not hesitate to stay here!

A great stay in a beautiful well equipped apartment. Location very convenient with a major train station behind and 2 extremely convenient tram stops out the front. Management seemed very caring, friendly and happy to provide on request without intruding at all.
