2 minutes distance to children hospital. Closed to tram. You can use the only one computer and printer for free in there. The closest supermarket is IGA which is 4-5 tram stops distance.
When the first time check in I found that something in the apartment is already broken or almost broken such as shower handle and fan. It seems the apartment want to save the cost so those things are still keeping.
Although they claim they will do the room service once a week, the truth is sometimes they rearrange the schedule. The worst experience is I haven't got room service two weeks since the last room service day. About the rubbish remove, it is also not the same with their manual. They don't remove your rubbish everyday.
I have another bad experience in here. The car got someone broken the windscreen in the car park. I just want to tell the receptionlist this thing happened which is warm reminder. And I wonder if their camera have record this. However, she repeated several times that the apartment won't take responsibility for this and the camera didn't record the car park. In fact I didn't ask for redemption.response / report this review -

We stay here for 3 weeks.
Must say it's very over price need to make it a little cheaper for family's that have children in hospital
There were a few things that needed updateing in the room table an chairs shower needs fixing also the lock on the door. Could include Foxtel at least in the rooms for the price you pay to stay there.
We were on the second floor we had very noisy neighbours up top I had to put up with for 3 weeks they were loud I told lady at front counter if they could speak to them but didn't was very disappointed when u have a sick child in hospital you want to come back to apartment and relax not have to put up with loud people above you. Other than that it was ok.response / report this review -

Horrible experience. The old lady in the counter was very rude and gossip right in front of me. To print an invoice she took 57 mins. I would not recommend this place even to my enemies. Tiny place. But more over it is the old lady in the front desk. I wonder why these sort people are employed in customer service.
