  Not a glamorous hotel but the rooms are tidy, modern and in good function. Open air walkways as you leave your room.

  Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. However, bathroom was poorly designed with very little water pressure to work with. WiFi not included and sold separately at a very high premium.

  Quest Caroline springs provides excellent rooms with twin bedrooms and bathrooms. There is underground parking and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The price is affordable. Will stay again.

  Me and my partner were sick for 5 weeks. After many reviews by other doctors at other clinics telling us its just a cold we finally came hear. Reception were accommodating. The doctors listen and helped with every question thrown there way. The nurses were even better and backed their doctors and made everything make sence. Makes the wait worth it. Thank you so so much...

  Staff are friendly but cleaners could definitely do a better job! I had to purchase cleaning products to clean the surfaces and bleach for the shower due to black and pink mould. Hand prints above the toilet where men have been leaning on the wall to pee.
  Definitely will be saying something before leaving.
  Other than that the place is close to shops, transport, etc. Lovely lake close by that is lovely to walk around.

  Rooms are ok, but I stayed for 5 days and learned the front desk staff don't know their assholes from their elbows.

  Nice place. Great location, close to Calder Park, nice Rooms though a few finish issues, no trailer parking
