Had a pleasant stay here, the rooms were very spacious and location is not too far from the city. Service is minimal but polite. The difficulties with breakfast and the ground floor cafe/bar being an entirely separate business make it a bit strange but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great location, right near Albert Park Lake and St kilda. Clean rooms, 24hr concierge service. Breakfast is serviceable. Friday night happy drinks are very cheap with a good after work vibe.

Staff were friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Bed was uncomfortable and staff walked in to my room unannounced in the morning.

Huge rooms. Helpful staff. Comfortable well stocked for relaxing or eating in. WiFi. Close to tram to link to city.
