Please be aware that this best western take your security deposit outright !!! and then lie about when will refund the money. I have had nurmerous phone calls to no avile. The manager does not return calls as I expect the staff do not pass on any messages they refuse to give a phone number for me to call the manager and tell me it will take 3 weeks to refund the deposit. The complex itself was dirty and ordinary. The customer service is well below standard. Avoid this place !!!!

Upon arrival the receptionist was uninformative and rude however the room was amazing. We were impressed with the size, cleanliness and facilities. Comfy beds, a balcony and overall a great stay. Will be coming back.

Very friendly staff, absolutely quiet and private environment. Ample parking available and rooms are neat, tidy and well-kept. Very good room service. Leave any other hotels in the area and come here, you won't be disappointed.

Because pool and spa was not heated as advertised and was not tidy and dead bugs in the bath so not keen stay there again 😊

Stayed there for about 6 weeks happy with price and accommodation cleaned perfectly every day office staf nice and happy just lacking with check in and check out procedures

Just an overnight stay visiting friends in the area. Clean and tidy facilities. Friendly, attentive reception staff. Walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants, including the shopping centre. Smooth check-in/out process however parking is limited.

Wifi fast, meals expensive and tiny serving. Prime steak tiny and not tender, poor quality. Rooms reasonable and quiet considering near freeway in back rooms.

I am so disappointed at the customer service. The receptionist was nice, but there was a guy who worked night shift who was so rude, we wanted to leave the same night we got there.

He was very unhelpful and very ignorant and aggressive with his words and verbal abuse.

I don't recommend to go there at all! Best to go elsewhere where you'll be looked after and treated like customers, not his victims.

What can I say?? This place is disgusting! The reception asian guy is really rude and disrespectful, he gave us a room that was not fully clean. He was yelling at us in front of our door of our room because our TV was too loud. He threatened to call the police because of this and it made us really stressed and upset. We came from Queensland to enjoy Melbourne but he made the experience so unforgettable in a bad way, he didnt know we are disabled and when I explained this to him, he did not care and went back to the office.

We left feeling unappreciated and under acknowledged and sad please dont waste your time or money! Its not worth it. Just spend a bit more and be happy and satisfied :)

The rooms are a good size but the one I stayed in smelled of smoke. The motel is split over 2 sides of a very busy road so if you are on the side without the pool or restaurant then it can be pretty hard. The gym was closed and the sauna was fixed on a temperature that couldn't even make me sweat. Most of the blinds in the room were broken.
