  We have stayed a number of times at Adina in Queen St, Melbourne. The rooms are middle of the range available in Melbourne. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor that delivers room service of a very high quality in a timely manner. The hotel team are a pot-luck. Some are very helpful and focus on service and some do not. We have had a very poor experience today and were treated in a very disrespectful manner with no customer service and a rather large dose of ego at play. We will never stay at Adina again and would suggest if customer service is important to you, then give this hotel a miss. I sent an email expressing my disappointment several hours ago and sadly have had no response.

  Two bedroom apartment was great. Spacious and clean. Wasn't sure about to bed to start with as it was a bit stiff but it turned out to be great for sleeping on.

  We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was really nice. Lots of room, big lounge and 2 bathrooms. Very clean and staff were attentive and friendly. Perfect location, we walked everywhere from here. It is on the train line which you could hear from bedrooms at night. But other than that it was great!

  Stayed for one night for the footy. Great big apartment room with balcony overlooking Flinders station, the river, AAMI Park and all the surrounds. Rooms were well appointed, very clean and tidy and the staff even left a complimentary pancake breakfast for us to enjoy in the morning! There was ample parking at very reasonable rate and for less than $200 a night during a footy finals weekend you seriously couldn't ask for more. Beds were also very comfortable.

  Fantastic rooms and price. Stayed down over the weekend for a bucks party with a group of 10, no nagging and no fuss. The rooms were immaculate and the view spectacular. Free tram outside and within close proximity of everything in the city makes this the place to stay. I'm extremely happy to have stayed here and would even consider coming back. Great stuff!

  Nice hotel apartments, price was excellent, everything was very clean and tidy. We didn't pay for the view but still got one which was nice. Staff were very friendly and halpful. Will. Definitely stay here again.

  We got a warehouse loft apartment which was large, roomy & comfortable. Now for the downside. The noise from the club downstairs was unbearable. The access to the rooms was up a little alley way then up a couple of flights of stairs, no lift. The phone and dryer didn't work as well.

  Cozy place but very costly ..wifi connection should have been provided at no extra cost(which I believe would bring in more reason to stay here).Room was neat and clean .Infact more spacious than I expected.

  Great location topped only by the amenities (we had a 2 bedroomed disability access apartment which was perfect) and the service of all the staff, the reception desk, the room service staff could not be friendlier nor more helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
