  Quest Gordon Place is a lovely red brick building only a twenty-five minute walk or fifteen minute tram ride from Southern Cross station.
  
  The check-in for the hotel is located around the corner in the Quest on Lonsdale Street, which is a two minute walk away.
  
  Pretty well located and the room was clean and comfortable.

  The place looks amazing and the ambiance is brilliant. It is located right in the cbd, the glassed ceiling, tv areas, pool , sauna, spa.. they all felt so amaxing and refreshing..

  Very poor and won't stay again. The one bedroom studio apartments are ridiculously small with no room at all. The bathroom was a decent size thankfully as it was the only place we could store our luggage however it was dangerous to shower as the water went from cold to scalding hot. No seating apart from the bed. Totally reliant on other guests departing as the swipe cards didn't work. Every morning woken up by diners eating breakfast right outside our window. A very disappointing experience.

  Nice setting - apartment very well equipped, if a little dated. Didn't appreciate housekeeping barging into the room, ignoring the do not disturb sign.

  I booked a studio and it was way too small and cramped, felt like a bed in a small kitchen. Luckily management were very helpful and upgraded me to a much larger and better room. After that i had a great stay, location is amazing and the hotel is very clean, chill and quiet

  Rooms are old and poorly designed. No water pressure in the shower and the bath is only big enough for a small person or a child. Couldn't close the bedroom door as the bed was in the way. Fine if you are only after a bed and want nothing else from an inner city hotel. Wouldn't stay here again.

  We had a wonderful time in Melbourne and the heritage charm and central location of this hotel contributed greatly to that.
  An oasis in the city centre.
  Lovely to stay in an old-world hotel in a cosmopolitan area.
  Some issues with faulty key cards and thus gaining entry to the hotel and our room.
  Other than that, highly recommend it!
