Friendly and helpful staff. My carers father stays here every time he down from interstate and always treated with utmost respect and kindness. Extremely pleasant service and restaurant is lovely. Food well cooked and at reasonable prices for what you get. My "step" father even has his own parking space as soon as his reservation is made. Highly recommended.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The carpet and furnishings were dated and old but clean. Service was spotty and slow. The hotel was not setup for tourists. The front desk people did not have a local map or any recommendations for restaurants when asked. All they could recommend was the hotel restaurant. Very odd for an international branded hotel to have such poor service.

Coming from Brisbane on a Business trip, I was greeted with respect at the Accor Premium lane. I showed my card and immediately received an apology that the member number didn't transfer from my agent's booking system to theirs. The assistant manager quickly and pleasantly checked me in and told me about the facilities of the hotel. (Later while I was at dinner I received my accord welcome gift in the room (Chocolates rather than alcohol, which was very nice) My room was a king bed with desk and bath/shower. (I'm not fond of the bath/shower combination, but it is not deal breaker.) I tried out the Gym and the pool. Both areas were clean and didn't smell. The Gym equipment was reasonably newish and no worn out so I didn't feel 'icky' while using it. The pool was surprisingly warmish and I enjoyed a private uninterrupted experience - as in I don't know that lots of people use it. There is a restaurant district just outside, but I ate at the in-house restaurant on the first night and had and very good stake. Judging by the pictures of the food that would be offered located around the hotel, what was presented on my plate in the restaurant was slightly modified. I stayed 4 nights. I could adjust the aircon temperature level, but not turn it off unless I pulled out the room key from the master switch. The bed was comfortable and I didn't hear the road or other occupant noise. Checkout was quick and painless. Lots of smiles and please come again.

Stayed with the kids in a double room, plenty of room for all of us. The room was lovely and clean plenty of towels and quiet. Had the buffet breakfast superb so many choices the kids were very delighted. Friendly and helpful staff very satisfied. Undercover parking for fee but worth it.

Stayed 1 night on a business trip. Room is clean and modern, however unlike most hotels, there was no complimentary bottled water. Instead Mt Franklin was available for $4.50. Also no coffee/ tea.
Security can also be improved as my room on second floor didn't have a deadbolt.

Ordered room service: the lettuce on my $20 Caesar salad looked like 5 days old.
Parking was easy and checkout quick.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love our super late checkout.
Love the facilities especially the sauna and the heated pool.
The breakfast was very good even though the choices were a bit limited.
The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.
Close to everything and could spend a night without going out.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Friendly staff except for bartender on duty. Bartender was unfriendly and less than helpful. Other than that, rest of stay was good.

We decided to have a late lunch here, bad decision. The food was way below par. Thai rissoles were burnt and Skins had a strong taste of being cooked in old oil. Will not be returning or recommending anyone to eat at this restaurant. :( :(

Clean and tidy. Prompt friendly service and good coffee. But the outdoor alfresco area lacks shelter from the rain :-))

Friendly place to stay where staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is great. Rooms are clean and modern. Restaurant has improved since our last stay and the kids meals and menu make sure that the younger ones are happy. Best hotel in Glen Waverley.

It's a so so business hotel. Friendly reception staff. Little bar at the ground floor. Several restaurants within short walking distance (we went to a steak place at the junction round the back to the right - which was excellent), including some very near next door in the covered complex to the left hand side. Location was convenient for my work visit but not sure otherwise why anyone would stay in this location.
