Reasonably sized rooms. Well equipped kitchenette. The glass walled bathroom doesn't give you much privacy. Overall clean and comfortable

Room looks like it has been recently re-furbished, perhaps a little small. The lighting in the kitchenette area was very poor. My biggest grump was the bathroom, the ventilation was inadequate. The exhaust fan was in the shower recess, it didn't prevent the mirror from fogging and didn't stop 'toilet odours' from escaping .The glass walls look nice, but not functional as they don't seal and the light radiates throughout the room at 4am!

Very disappointing. The guest is not the priority. F&B haven't communicated with Housekeeping so the in room compendium is out of date. Great location, however, they need to lift their game and understand that the guest pays their wages. Smiling is recommended when working in a customer facing industry.

The room itself is perfect and has everything you will need such as fridge, stove, oven etc. My room did not have a great view, but just as importantly it didn't have any adjacent windows meaning no one could snoop on me when I didn't have the curtains closed. The mattresses of the bed are to the soft side of the scale and unfortunately it is two single beds that have been put together meaning that there is a hard spot in the middle of the king sized. Overall a very nice hotel, and for the price I would recommend it to anyone going to Melbourne

So I'm not quite sure if it's the "normal" thing to do. But, when I booked a king bed, I definitely didn't expect 2 single beds pushed together and joined with a strip of padding?! Especially for the price I paid.. It just seems odd, and it was very uncomfortable (hence the reason I lifted the sheet up and looked at the mattress).
Other than that, everything was good!
I just probably wouldn't recommend trying to park a bigger car on the second level carpark, as it's a tight fit! Level 1 was fine though 👍response / report this review -

Great location, clean and modern rooms although slightly strange arrangement (wardrobe is in the kitchen and no full length mirror). Most suitable for a weekend visit or short business trip.

Upside - friendly welcome at reception. Modern, clean, comfortable room but the curtains and mirrors felt like a 70s disco! Could do with more than one easy chair in the living area or a small sofa maybe. Downside - 2 down lights in the room don't work, fridge doesn't work either. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom , had to go back to reception to get some.
