I traveled to Melbourne last month to visit the family, when I left the airport asked the cab driver to take me to a hotel close to werribee, and he took me to the werribee motel and apartment. Luckily they had cancellations so they could arrange a room for me. I was surprised the motel being full in Monday night. But after I went to my room I found out the reason. Rooms are very clean with the great Ac, clean and comfortable bed, hot and clean shower. I slept great and I ordered the breakfast for the morning which was delicious. I spoke to the gentleman behind the desk and thanks him for a great service. His name was ben and he was very professional and helpful. I will definitely come back here, but with the advance reservation. Thanks for the memorable experience.

A warm welcome by the Manager on my arrival was already a good start. Room was good size, modern, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and sufficient at a reasonable price. I'll definitely stay at this motel again.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom family room. Good, clean rooms, though a bit dated. Quiet location. Close to downtown. Nothing fancy but would stay here again. Thanks!

We booked a room at this hotel only to show up at night and find the hotel office was closed with a sign not to try and contact anyone and that our reservation had been canceled. We called and knocked on the door anyway to no one's answer. Werribee is a small town so all the other hotels were already closed and we were forced to sleep in our car. Upset, we spoke to the manager the next morning who said he heard us last night but chose not to come to the door and was actually mad at us because our knocking disturbed other guests. Absolutely no apologies for ignoring us or canceling our reservation without contacting us. After some discussion, he promised to refund our payment via Expedia and that all we would need to do is call Expedia and ask for a refund (then they would call him and complete the process). Well after contacting Expedia and submitting a request, it came back denied because the manager refused to refund it. So he lied! Do not give this hotel or manager your money, they are deceitful and obviously don't care about customers who have already paid!

Clean and comfy rooms. Friendly staff who had everything sorted before we arrived. Great location. It is about a 10 minute walk to town on footpath the whole way.

Plenty of parking and you could get a fairly high campervan in here, at least 2.5m

The rooms are large, there are large open showers, would be wheelchair a accessible I would think. That is the standard room too. Certainly big enough to get lots of things in from the car and still be comfortable :)

Great place to stay, would recommend to anyone.

Good cheep accommodation. Friendly staff. Only down side is, rules galore in there. (posted up on all the walls inside and out.)

All in all good little place, especially if it's just to sleep and move on like I did.

Spacious room, pleasant decor, great water pressure, comfortable bed, plenty of powerpoints, extremely clean, quiet complex. Great value for money. Helpful, friendly management. I would definitely return.
