This establishment is an absolute joke. Not once was either bed in our apartment made nor our towels replaced over our 5 night stay. Despite talking to cleaners time and time again we were ignored and treated like inmates in a penitentiary. I wouldn’t recommend this derelict hotel to anyone looking for comfort or ease. Appalled with the negligent staff equip with the ‘I hate my job’ mentality. The rooms were dilapidated and topped off with a slap dash attempt at contemporary design. Very unhappy with Ramen and disappointed with the overall life of the hotel.

Almost a 4 but could of been cleaner,but the staff here are amazing! I would love to stay again soon.

Room was nice, but a little tired in terms of decor. Mattress was not firm enough, which for me made it hard to sleep. Staff were attentive and helpful. Location was great and room rate reasonable.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The room overall was nice but it seemed like it was 3/4 through renovation. Many TV channels failed to work. $18.95 to watch a single movie using their in-house system which I thought was outrageous. Receptionist was OK but didn't seem like she really wanted to be there. Overall good stay but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Comfortable rooms with a mini kitchen and spacious bathroom, the only thing lacking is enough cupboard space for more than a days stay

Terrible customer service. The room was dirty, stains and hair on the bed sheets and blood on the pillow cases. Absolutely disgraceful! Do not stay here

Perfect for a 1 night Stay. I booked the room last minute but impressed with the room. The room was super clean and well presented. It could do with more items in minibar.

I spent 3 night there in Aug/2016. The hotel is great, clean, convenience car park, friendly staff. And the Tram to city is just located a few step in front of the hotel.

I stayed overnight for business trip. At first I got 1 bedroom apartment, however the aircon was only in living room. And this time of the year when it's really hot I need aircon in bedroom. So the stuff was really helpful to move me to studio room. The studio room is big, bed was comfy, it has a microwave, fridge and kettle. Bathroom is relatively big. Restaurant under the hotel is close at 10. So if you want to have late night snacks or drinks you have to get them before they close. There is 7 eleven 2-3 blocks away.
