Please watch out for your hygiene, I have noticed low level of hygiene when preparing the food. The food should not be touched once its out of the oven. One of your drivers walk to the store and without taking his rain jacket nor washing his hand, he immediately touched the fries and used his bare fingers and took one piece out of the box and close it again. Make a visit to Domino’s and see how they prepare the food

Terrible pizza. Tried couple of times but everytime they seemed to use stale ingredients. This franchisee should be investigated by Pizza Hut.

I don't understand how hard it is to read a delivery docket properly but the delivery drivers from this store always go to the wrong address first - EVERY TIME! I live in a Lane but they always seem to gravitate to a street with the same name that is about another 10 minute round trip in traffic. (nearly 1hour in total from a store less than 2km away!!!) Hmmm cold pizza again :( This is the last time. I won't be ordering pizza again from Pizza Hut due to the amount of trouble I have had over the years. Hot pizza on time - it's not rocket science you'd think.

Oh dear. Ordered pizza. It arrived and although hot. Slightly under done. Also a chocolate mousse which failed to show. The driver said he'd be back with it. So waited. After an hour phoned back and they said they were too busy. Thanks for letting us know. We complained and still haven't got a response 3 weeks later. Poor.
