I’ve had the soles replaced on my Doc Marten boots three times here. Each time the leather has been polished to look good as new again, the soles are comfortable and I get another couple of years out of my favourite boots. I’m always really happy with the work they do here and I’m so glad to extend the life of my shoes rather than just replacing them.

Worst customer service ever! Took shoes in to be repaired & asked the cost. I was surprised it was $29 per pair. The woman rudely said, "How much do you want to pay $5?" Wow wasn't expecting that response. As it turned out I came across John's Shoes at 661 Sydney Road, Brunswick. Lovely man, old school service, so incredibly polite. I had new heels put on 2 pairs of shoes & it cost $25 the lot NOT each pair. John did an excellent job & was so pleasant. I've already gone back with more shoes. Do yourself a favour & go see John.

I took my watch band here to get it shortened. They tried and failed. I went home and, after resharpening the (very small) screwdriver the watch came with, did it myself.

On the positive side, they have a good range of shoelaces which appear to be of decent quality.

Whenever I go there, I feel very well looked after. In almost five years Iam here, I havent had a bad experience at all and I didnt hear of anyone who did.

I've been taking my shoes to Condello's for years. Service is always great, prices are reasonable (really, if you've paid $200+ for shoes, $60 to extend their life is a good investment), and their turnaround time is excellent. They're a great part of Brunswick and I hope they never go away.

Very rude and unwilling to fix a perfectly good pair of shoes that were barely 6 months old. I told them these are good quality leather and they said "thats what they all say". The cheek!
