Worst service ever. The order doesn't get delivered and they don't have any explanation for it. Unprofessional behaviour at its best. You guys should hire better professionals

2 hours and 15 minutes delivery last night.
Tracking useless.
After an hour I was concerned but the tracking of order was still moving and after 1 hour 45 mins it said delivered.
No delivery so I tried store phone and 131 numbers..both were inactive. So being unable to get in contact I ordered else where. Then your delivery showed up half an hour later.
An absolutely pathetic business!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO'S!!! Gave them a second chance after the first time we ordered they waited over an hour and half to say they basically didn't get to work on time and were cancelling the order. Today the pizzas were late again, no explanation, then the driver got lost in the driveway and had to call for directions (the buildings have numbers) and then my partner got food poisoning.
My expectations for fast food aren't high, but this store fell horrifically short.
Oh and the delivery driver was NOT wearing a mask!

The delivery was late. The pizza was stuck to the box and and soggy. The garlic bread was cold and not cooked. Never ordering from here again.worst order ever !!!

Worst customer service by himani and jignesh. As we told them the pizza are not well cooked and we told them that we need refund .so after getting refund himani started saying that you all folks were making facing towards us. Worst behaviour and customer service i have ever seen .will never come back. Shame on the staff

I went about a month ago and ordered a pizza without pesto (allergic) and apparently after waiting 25 minutes the guy who took my order was delivering a pizza and didn't process my order. Then i reordered and they game me the wrong pizza, so i reordered again (been about 50 minutes) and they gave me pesto, so i asked for my money back and they were hesitant and after 10 minutes they finally gave me my money back. Disgraceful customer service!

I order a pull beef, there is hardly any beef on top , only overwhelming BBQ sauce, I used to order this pizza from Bentleigh, their topping st least twice much than caulfield store. Better go to other store. Call them they won't do anything, rude.

This store is the best store ever in Melb.

I am so happy with the services that they provide and I usually ask them to make my favorite order which is not offer any more in their menu but they still make it for me. So they are really care about customer satisfaction.

I recommend them 100%
